It all began in 2001 when I opened my small but beautiful little health food store. Here I had the privilege of meeting some great characters and friends. The following years allowed a move to larger premises where we could expand our range and services.

Over the last decade product education has given me an indepth knowledge of my business. My Studies and experiences have resulted in qualifications in nutritional therapy and phytotherapy which is the study of plants and how they work with the human body.
