Natural Remedies and Help for Sleep and insomnia.
A good night’s sleep.
What exactly is a good night’s sleep?
The average is approximately seven and a half hours. Some people sleep way more and some way less. If you find yourself tired and not energetic when you get up then perhaps you are not getting the quality sleep you need to function. When we sleep the body repairs itself and gets ready for the cycle. A disturbed sleep can lead to irritability, feeling unwell, kind of permanent jet lag. Some common factors that directly affect sleep are drinking too much coffee and caffeine based drinks, alcohol, indigestion. These are all controllable by limiting coffee consumption, booze and not eating heavy food too late. Some say a lettuce sandwich helps them to get to sleep.
Stress ( that favourite one where you lie there at 3:00A.M.worried sick about the phone bill-somehow things are 100% worse in the middle of the night), anxiety and grief are the other factors which you can’t see and are harder sometimes to deal with.
